Q: How much does shipping cost?
A. The shipping cost for the KODAK EKTAR H35N is included in the product price. However, if the product needs to be returned or re-delivered due to a mistake in your address input or a long absence, you will be responsible for the shipping and actual cost of the re-delivery.

A. The KODAK EKTAR H35N is a plastic camera that is not intended for repair. It will be replaced free of charge only if it does not work properly within 30 days of purchase. Please provide photos or videos that show the camera is defective. Even if the camera is defective, we will not provide any guarantees other than the replacement of the camera body, including film costs, development costs, etc.
The following cases will not be eligible for exchange or return even within the warranty period:
