Refund policy
Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items cannot be cancelled once payment has been completed. In cases such as an incorrect shipping address entered by the customer, failure to arrange redelivery after a missed delivery, or the item being returned to us due to prolonged absence, we will reship the item only once, and only if we are able to reach you within one week from the date the item is returned to our store. If we cannot reach you within one week, the item will be disposed of. No refunds will be issued. Thank you for your understanding.
Cancellations
For magazines and books without a "non-cancellable" notice, cancellation requests must be submitted via the "Contact" page by 9:00 a.m. (JST) on the shipping date. After 9:00 a.m. on the shipping date, cancellations for customer convenience cannot be accepted. Limited-quantity items, pre-order items, digital content, and made-to-order items cannot be cancelled after payment for any reason. Thank you for your understanding. Returns & Exchanges
If your item has a defect (such as missing or misordered pages), a manufacturing fault originating from printing or production, or damage that occurred during shipping, please contact us via the "Contact" page within one week of receiving the item. Please attach photos showing the condition of the item. We will exchange the item, and the shipping costs will be borne by us. Please note that returns and exchanges for customer convenience cannot be accepted.
For digital content (such as Lightroom presets), if a file cannot be opened or used properly due to data corruption or similar issues, please contact us via the "Contact" page within one week of purchase. Please attach screenshots showing the issue. After confirmation, we will resend a working file or issue a refund.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges if the issue is caused by your own environment (such as your device, software version, or other usage conditions), or for customer convenience.
Refunds & Exchanges for Sustainable Editions
If your item is damaged during shipping, please contact us via the "Contact" page within one week of receiving the item. We will exchange the item, and the shipping costs will be borne by us. Please note that returns and exchanges for customer convenience cannot be accepted.
Refunds & Exchanges for the KODAK EKTAR H35N Half Frame Camera
The KODAK EKTAR H35N is a plastic camera that is not designed to be repaired. We will replace the camera free of charge only if it does not function properly, and only within 30 days of the purchase date. Please provide photos or videos showing the defect. Even if the camera is found to be defective, we provide no compensation other than replacement of the camera body — film costs, developing costs, and any other expenses are not covered.
The following cases are not eligible for exchange or return, even within the warranty period:
- Malfunction or damage caused by misuse, carelessness, dropping, unauthorized repair, disassembly, modification, or natural disasters
- Changes in appearance resulting from normal use
Cancellations & Refunds for Paid Events and Courses
Once payment of the participation fee (course fee) has been completed, no refunds will be issued for cancellations for personal reasons or absence on the day of the event. If the event is cancelled by the organizer, or if the organizer determines that holding the event is not feasible due to unavoidable circumstances such as a natural disaster, only the participation fee (course fee) will be refunded. Please note that incidental expenses such as transportation and accommodation costs are not eligible for refund.
For events that involve handouts (including digital data), equipment, or software, these may not be usable depending on your own environment (device, OS, software version, etc.). We cannot guarantee operation or take responsibility for your usage environment. Thank you for your understanding.
