Cover photo taken by Keisei Sehori Nagasawa Mei

This is the first portrait feature in a year and a half. As in the previous issue ( vol. 59 ), Nagasawa Mei is once again photographed by Sehori Keisei.

The theme of the January issue of GENIC is "So, take more photos of people."

Why do we take photos of people? Because people move us. Whether it be a loved one who is close by, a familiar person we see from time to time, a loved one who lives far away, or a person we have just met for the first time. Our emotions are stirred, so we point the camera and release the shutter. This is the latest edition of our portrait feature since Vol. 59.
